On September 20th the global climate strike took place and Green Pearls^®, as well as some of our partners, joined the demonstrations. We were happy to see that so many engaged people of all ages were striking for better climate politics! From the Baltic Sea to the Alps, many of our hotels have joined Entrepreneurs For Future to support the students who’ve been demonstrating for more than a year.

We closed the office in the late morning on Friday to demand a fair and sustainable climate policy. It is high time to act – because the climate concerns us all!

We from Green Pearls® – together with over 12.000 people – took part in the climate strike in Darmstadt. It was the biggest demonstration ever in Darmstadt! We will continue demanding a fair climate policy and will join the #FridayForFuture demonstrations as often as possible. And of course, there’s a lot we can do in everyday life: use our bike instead of the car, eat more plant-based food, support regional suppliers and travel by train or make the most of your far-away trip by supporting local communities.
