Hi, my name is Anke and as the latest addition to the Green Pearls® Team I would love to introduce myself. Green is not only one of my favorite colors but also part of my life philosophy – and I’m very happy that my job is now part of that, too. I ride my bike instead of driving by car, I prefer loose vegetables instead of shrink-wrapped ones and I buy second hand clothes, not fast fashion. As you can see, I really try to make an effort 😉 I want to be a role model for my son because he should be able to live a good live on this planet as well. But, and this is important for me, all we do, we do with joy. That’s why we love to travel – being environmentally conscious and traveling do not exclude each other and that’s what our Green Pearls partner show everyday. Let’s see which hotel we will pick for our next trip. On my bucket list are not only far away destinations like Cape Town or Tokyo but also cities like Vienna, Freiburg and Juist. It doesn’t always have to be the big trip to the other side of the world. Why look far when something good can be so near.
