Yoga outdoors feels different than yoga in a studio. The sand or forest floor beneath your feet, the fresh air, and the sounds of nature can transform your practice. Whether it’s under pine trees by the sea in Croatia, with a view of the Dolomites, or on a rooftop terrace overlooking the Atlantic—many Green Pearls® hotels are places where yoga and nature converge.
Did you know? Studies show that being active outdoors can reduce stress and promote well-being. Especially on vacation, many people find it easier to consciously unwind, let go of their routines, and take time for exercise, deep breathing, and rest.
